WebDexterity (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications developed and published by WebDexterity, including but not limited to:

  • Tiles Match 3

  • App Improvement: Understanding how users interact with our apps to improve features and user experience

4.1 Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Our apps display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use certain information to serve personalized ads. We have configured our apps to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google’s Families Policy.

For apps designed for children, we use COPPA-compliant ad serving, which means:

  • No personalized advertising is shown to children
  • Only contextual (non-personalized) ads are displayed
  • No tracking cookies or persistent identifiers are used for children

4.2 Other Third-Party Services

We may use additional third-party services for analytics and app functionality. These services are carefully selected to ensure they comply with children’s privacy regulations.


5. Children’s Privacy

We take children’s privacy very seriously. Our apps are designed to be safe for children and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable children’s privacy laws.

Key Points:

  • No Personal Data Collection: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
  • No Registration Required: Our apps do not require account creation or login
  • COPPA-Compliant Ads: Only age-appropriate, non-personalized ads are shown
  • No Social Features: Our apps do not include chat, social sharing, or communication features
  • No External Links: We do not include links to external websites or services that are not child-safe
  • Parental Controls: Parents can disable ads through in-app purchases (where available)

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect any information we process. However, since we do not collect personal information, there is minimal risk to user privacy.

All data transmission between our apps and third-party services (such as AdMob) is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

Since we do not collect or store personal information, there is no user data to retain or delete. Any anonymous analytics data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective privacy policies and is automatically deleted after a reasonable period.
